Saab qui a perdu 72 millions d’euros au premier trimestre 2011 (contre « seulement » 39 millions au dernier trimestre 2010) est actuellement en discussion avec trois constructeurs chinois (Great Wall Motor Co Ltd, Jiangsu Yueda Group et China Youngman Automobile Group) les négociations sont déjà très avancées et pourrait aboutir dès ce week-end (Victor Muller est en Chine en ce moment !)

L’objectif de 80.000 ventes cette année et d’ores et déjà considéré comme impossible.

L’office national des dettes Suédois a autorisé aujourd’hui Vladimir Antonov à devenir actionnaire officiel et reconnu de Spyker cars N.V. !

Trollhättan, Sweden: Spyker Cars N.V. (Spyker) confirms the announcement of the Swedish National Debt Office (NDO) to allow Vladimir Antonov as a shareholder of Spyker.

Victor Muller, CEO of Spyker and Chairman of Saab Automobile said: "This is a great day for our company and for me personally. We worked relentlessly for 11 months to achieve the desired result: restore the reputation of Vladimir Antonov, who made so many valuable contributions to Spyker since 2007 as financier and shareholder. We are convinced he will be able to make such contributions again in the near future and look forward to the decisions of the Swedish Government, General Motors and the European Investment Bank (EIB), following the recommendation of the NDO which was the result of intense scrutinising.”

Vladimir Antonov, Chairman of Conversgroup said: “I am very happy finally getting the recommendation from the NDO to the involved parties, being a future investor in Spyker. The past months of speculations around me, as an individual investor and my businesses has been exhausting. Clearly this has been a disturbing factor for many of my businesses. Finally we have managed to obtain a clean bill of health and we need to move fast forward to secure the cash flow of Saab Automobile. I hope all involved parties now further take on their responsibility so we can close all processes fast to secure the future of Saab Automobile.”

Spyker and Saab Automobile continue to work on securing funding. Saab Automobile is still in talks with the EIB and all parties involved on a solution to complete the sale of Saab Automobile Property AB (Saab Property). It is not yet certain whether the above parties will be able to fulfil all of the conditions of the EIB and finalize the sale of Saab Property.

In addition, Spyker and Saab Automobile are negotiating equity and debt financing and/or technology licensing with various strategic partners, including various Chinese car manufacturers. No commitments have been received to date.

Trois semaines après l’arrêt de la production à Trollhättan les ouvriers ont été prévenus aujourd’hui qu’ils pouvaient encore rester chez eux.

Gunilla Gustavs la porte parole de Saab a déclarée à l’AFP « Nous avons fait le point avec les employés, les lignes d’assemblages ne sont toujours pas prêtes à fonctionner normalement »

De leurs côté, tant le premier ministre Suédois Fredrik Reinfeldt que sa ministre en charge des entreprises Maud Olofsson on réitéré ce mercredi que l’état Suédois n’avait aucun plan pour sauver l’entreprise !  Madame Olofsson a rajouté « Nous avons fait tout ce que nous pouvions »

Another rumor coming from anonymous source relayed by the financial times : conversations could be held between the governement officials and the direction of Volvo about taking over Saab .Volvo is owned by the chinese automarker Geely since 2010 .The swedish governement would be through an acquisition by Volvo to gain more certainty about the repayment by Saab of the EIB's loan.

According to the newspaper , a Saab-Volvo alliance would increase the number of cars produced to 100 000 .A common platform for this would be still under development ( ??!! )

Une autre rumeur émanante d'une source anonyme , relayée par le Financial Times , prétend que des discussions ont été engagées entre des officiels du gouvenrment suèdois et la direction de Volvo au sujet de la reprise de Saab par Volvo . Volvo est la propriété du constructeur chinois Geely depuis  2010 . Le gouvernement suèdois s'engagerait sur cette voie pour etre certain que Saab pourra rembourser son prèt dû à la BEI.

Selon le journal , une alliance Saab-Volvo augmenterait le nombre de voitures produites jusqu"à 100 000 unités .Une plateforme commune pour cela serait en plein devellopement .... (Ce dont je doute fort )
